"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean along with my room. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. It was nothing great but did its job. I have no complaints about my stay and I would stay here again."

"This was an overall unpleasant experience. From the front desk being unattended, resulting in another worker yelling up the stairs for the someone to come check me in, to the hair in the bathtub and dust covered furniture, it was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I immediately contacted Expedia for help, but they couldn't reach anyone on staff to address concerns. I ended up leaving and as I was pulling out, saw the two workers out front smoking, which is probably why they couldn't be contacted. Neither Expedia nor the hotel have been helpful in getting any sort of refund for a night I didn't stay."

"Loved the staff. If you looking for a decent hotel for a low price. This is for you. It not no 5* hotel but it differently gives you your money's worth. It's right by the river and old downtown. I would of rated it a 5* for the money you pay for it. It's definitely is above some of the other hotel in that price range "
