"I want to start off by saying the staff was great. Our cable box wasn’t working and he was able to get a new one and replace it quickly. The downside and big negative. The fire alarm went of for so long (no fire) and then would go off randomly throughout the night. SO ANNOYING. I understand if that was out of their control by it was beyond frustrating trying to get sleep."

"Hard to remember a more poorly kept motel room in our 65 years of travel. 1. While turning on the sink water the handle came off in my hand with only hot water flowing. (Ever brush your teeth with hot water?) 2. Only 1 of the 2 lamps by the beds worked. 3. I tried to use the phone for help....it did not work. Turned out some one had pulled the plug. 4. Some time during the night the switch changing my hearing aids stopped working. Only things working well were the beds & the AC. Are not cleaning people supposed to check all things? We'll never go back?"

"The room was clean but there was no coffee or coffee maker and no shower mat. Felt like the room was just tossed together with cables from the wall tv exposed causing a hazard for guests. The door to the bedroom/bathroom had two different paint colors as if they were trying to touch up the door but did a horrible job. The closet had the ironing board tossed in the corner and the iron tossed on the floor in a corner. I couldn't see out the windows due to crack seal. Not worth the $200/night."

"Called property and told them we would be checking in after 1am. Waited at the door for 10 minutes that had a sign to call after 11 pm. The security door was locked so we thought. It ended up not being locked Called like we were supposed to do per the sign. Finally got management attention. Check in went good. Got to the room and it wasn't clean at all. Window was wide open with no screen on it. They claimed they were airing it out. Room smelled just nasty. They claimed to have offered another room they didn't. I ended up cleaning the room myself the next morning. Then wasn't given proper time with the cleaning supplies. The lake view was great and convenient shopping close. Good for the money paid, but I guess cheaper isn't always a good thing."
