"It was time for me to check in and print my boarding pass with airline. Printer would not work and gentlemen at front desk was short and rude with me. He finally had to download my pass on 'his' cell and use office printer to print the pass for me. An hour later!! While we were trying to get my pass a young, kind man came up and politely asked for clean sheets and said his toilet wouldn't flush. The employee just gave him a top sheet and told him someone will be around to fix his toilet about 7am the next day! Really! The young man should've been given a new room right then and there!! This was about 9pm when all this happened. No toilet to use!?! Come on, how unsanitary is that!?!"
