В номере был сломан сливной бачок и полочка над раковиной. Бачок починили в тот же день, полочку сделали через 6 дней. Из кондиционера текла вода. Вместо ремонта под струю подставили ведро, но вода в него падала не вся. Две недели жили, спотыкаясь о ведро и поскальзываясь на мокром полу. Холодильник из кафе издавал страшный шум и светил в лицо, как прожектор. Пришлось вытащить его на веранду. С веранды, конечно, роскошный вид на море, но днём находиться на ней было невозможно, т.к. номер под крышей, и в солнечную погоду веранда разогревалась до белого каления. Открытые окна не помогали. С 9 вечера до 1 часа ночи в ресторане под окном орала музыка, примерно 4 дня в неделю живые певцы,в остальные дни - включали запись часиков в 12 ночи. Очень плохое освещение, слабые лампы на потолке, к тому же мигающие. В шкафу нет отделения для платьев. Завтрак с 10:30 до 11:30. Из напитков только чай. Ни кофе, ни молока, ни соков. Почти никто не говорит по-английски. Воду можно брать бесплатно из холодильника на ресепшене, в том же холодильнике есть другие напитки. Я спросила у единственного англоговорящего сотрудника, можно ли брать эти напитки, и он ответил : Yes, no problem. Потом с нас потребовали заплатить за взятые напитки по 40 л. В соседнем магазине они стоят 17 л. Когда вместо денег я вернула взятые напитки, получила очень издевательскую усмешку. До выхода к морю идти минут 10, лесенка ведет через груду камней. Одно было прекрасно: в день отъезда не выгнали в 12 из номера, спасибо!

Clean and tidy
The hotel is neat and very clean which is rare in Istanbul area! Beautiful interior, nice breakfast , nice staff! The only issue for me was smoking ! People smoke in the hotel which is typical for Turkey but unacceptable for me. But we fixed it with the staff immediately as soon as I asked to. I hope one day Turkey will take strict measures about smoking in public places and people will follow them.

Vacation in Istanbul
I had a room with a beutiful view of Istanbul on the other side of Bosporus. Very friendly, nice and always eager to help people. Healthy, delicious breakfast included in price. During our stay we could listen to Greek music in the evening. I will take with me only beautiful memories from this place. Thank you.

In general standard rooms are quite small on the island. This one was fine but there was no working area. No chair to work on the make up desk so I had to work on my bed. One of the most famous fish restaurants on the Island is part of the hotel where you can enjoy your raki, fish and meze. Location is right on the center.

Deluxe family room 208 as described. Wonderful view of Istanbul across the water. Spacious, with comfortable double bed in main room and comfy day bed in the terrace lounge area. Lovely dining area overlooking the water. Good air con, shower, amenities, reception and great service generally. Friendly helpful staff.

Good for a few nights only
Double room was very small with bed pushed against wall and nowhere to store large case. Balcony and view was amazing. Bedding was stained but the rest of the room was clean. Free bottled water was good. Location was really good also.

Beautiful place for couples
The only thing that upset me was that I had made a reservation for 2 nights and it was can canceled when I arrived at the hotel even though I had a confirmation number too.

Room a bit small, but bed and pillows comfortable (important!) and the view was great (paid extra for sea view) ... and nuce breakfast right near the sea!

Genel anlamıyla 9,5/10 bir oteldi, tavsiye ederim.
201 numaralı odada 2 gece tek başıma kaldım. Giriş saatinden erken gitmeme rağmen sağolsunlar odaya aldılar. Oda, banyo ve balkon gayet temizdi. Yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı ama havlular konusunda bir tık daha özen gösterilebilir çok hafif değişik bir koku vardı, pek dert etmedim. Balkon ortak kullanım olarak geçiyor ama görseldeki alan tamamıyla odaya aitti, sağdaki aradan diğer odaların balkonu ve ortak balkon gözüküyordu ama beni rahatsız etmedi. Odanın manzarasına aşık oldum, soğuk bir havada gelmeme rağmen genellikle balkonda vakit geçirdim. Klima ile oda hemen ısındı. Odalar haliyle ses geçiriyor ama bu çok normal. Odama 1-2 mutfak malzemesi gerekti, hızla temin edip ihtiyacımı karşıladılar. İnternet konusunu bilemeyeceğim bağlanmadım, odadan çekmeyebilir dendi ben de üstelemedim. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibarlar. Restoranında akşam balık yedim ama mevsimi mi değil mi bilmiyorum pek lezzetli değildi. Sonraki gelişimde balık mevsimlerini öğrenip ona göre yiyeceğim. Cumartesi akşamı restoranda DJ performansı vardı, boş yer olmamasına rağmen otelde konakladığım için bana bir yer ayarlayabildiler, onun için de teşekkür ederim. Genel anlamıyla 1-2 ufak konu dışında gayet keyifli ve güvenli bir tatil oldu benim için. Beklentimi karşıladı, Büyükada’ya tekrar gelirsem fiyatlarına da bağlı olarak ilk tercihim burası olacak. Teşekkür ederim.
