O quarto era excelente para uma familia de 1 casal e 3 filhos, a localização é boa e a vista sensacional.

É tanta coisa pra dizer que posso resumir em uma frase: escolha outro hotel. Os problemas são vários: como não tem estacionamento, o carro fica na rua, mas é preciso pagar a Zona Azul (R$4,80 a hora). Ou seja, o tempo todo que você ficar no hotel tá pagando pra deixar o carro na rua. A escada que vai da rua ao hotel tem alguns degraus soltos. É perigoso. A dona fez questão de não ser simpática nem um dia. Os gatos que circulam por lá são mais simpáticos. Pelo menos o dono (imagino que marido dela) era simpático. Falta capricho e manutenção em vários locais. Porta do quarto e do banheiro agarrando, papel higiênico sujo (e acharam ruim de eu reclamar), tive que pedir piso para o banheiro pois não tinha, e o box do chuveiro é pela metade, o que faz com que o banheiro todo fique molhado durante o banho (“é moda”, me disse a dona). Tem formiga no quarto, o café da manhã é fraco (um dos dias a impressão era que só tinha as sobras), não tem ducha pra entrar na piscina e costuma ter som alto até tarde. Um dos quartos é um puxadinho onde era uma garagem. Ainda bem que não fiquei nele. E tem mais: a dona também me falou que não liga para as críticas nos sites. Ou seja, não quer melhorar.

Silencioso, o banheiro era bastanre umido. Funciinarios prestativos. Atenção caso esteja de carro, pois ao parar na rua precisará pagar o rotativo e é bem caro. Cafe da manha ótimo.

Não tive uma hospedagem boa, por alguns motivos. Uns acredito q por azar e outro não. Cheguei no hotel e fui super bem recebido pelos donos do hotel. Fiz o check in e estava tudo perfeito, ao voltar pro quarto a noite a descarga não funcionava, chamei o dono da pousada q foi muito solícito em tentar consertar mas não conseguiu, então ele me trocou de quarto q por sua vez estava com o ar condicionado quebrado. Então dormi no 1o quarto mas tinha que usar o banheiro de outro quarto em outro andar. Até acredito que isso seja azar e no segundo dia foi consertado a descagar. Mas o que mais me incomodou é q a pousada aceita animais de estimação mas os donos tem uma cadela q fica boa parte do tempo solta e q não aceita outros cachorros e eu levei o meu. Depois de várias tentativas dela tentar avançar no meu cachorro quando eu estava indo embora a cadela dos donos veio mais uma vez atacar o meu cachorro e eu me botei na frente para proteger o meu e a cadela deles me mordeu. Vc não pode se considerar pet friendly se o seu animal não convive com outros. Fiquei extremamente chateado com essa situação. Não recebi nem um pedido de desculpa do dono por ter sido mordido pelo animal deles.

Excellente ubicación, al lado de la playa João Fernandez y a una distancia caminable del centro. La vista es preciosa desde la piscina y los cuartos. El dueño del lugar es un sol, super amable y se asegura de hacerte pasar una muy grata estadía. El desayuno es super completo y con esta vista! Muy recomendado!

Fomos muito mal recebidos na acomodação. Desde a recepção até a suíte. Recepção ruim. Hotel sem estacionamento. Cheiro de aclive e escadas descobertas. Acomodação suja, com itens quebrados e sem assistência dos proprietários.
