I loved the low key colonial vibe, just next to a quite part of the shore, close to small fishing boats. Amazing drinks, great pool and a very nice breakfast. Also loads of great restaurants and beaches close by. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Hotel Solar do Arco and Cabo Frio as a wider area. We really enjoyed the facilities - lounging by the pool and reading in the main terrace was a particular highlight for me. We had a great breakfast each morning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. We would love to come back here again and would recommend the hotel to our friends!

You simply cannot find a more attractive little boutique hotel (pousada) than Solar do Arco. Super stylish, quaint, Portuguese-inspired architecture. Wonderful staff, very good breakfast and parking just next door. Dining options abound. The room was well appointed and the A/C was quiet and appeared to be brand new. I'm going back!

O hotel é lindo, cheiroso, confortável, bem localizado. É uma área com vários hoteis mas nenhum com o charme do Solar. Foi nossa segunda estadia, e foi tudo perfeito, como da primeira vez. O hotel é super charmoso, e fica na melhor região de Cabo Frio, com vários restaurantes e barzinhos ao lado. Super gostoso e tranquilo caminhar na região a pé a noite. O café da manhã é otimo, assim como o atendimento de todos. A piscina aquecida é uma delícia.

Excelente hotel com ótimo atendimento de seus Gerentes Marcelo e Carol, além de muito limpo com suítes de ótimo tamanho e banheiros excelentes. Duas coisas precisam de uma pequena melhoria : as toalhas de banho precisam ser maiores e mais densas / aconchegantes e o café da manhã precisa também de um upgrade.
