Super helpful and friendly staff - All of them

I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service

the room was ok, the first problem was tv was internet tv but could not connect to netflix, had 3 different people from hotel to fix problem but they could not. they blamed it on the internet but my tablet could connect, resturant was good and they had a parking lot. area of hotel was in the middle of no where,

From a Canadian abroad.

The minute I walked onto the building the staff were very friendly, Gabriela (I hope that was her name) was patient with me as I used google translate to communicate. She even used the english she knew to help me as well. The facilities were clean and modern. The restaurant staff were also very kind, Jardel was willing to use google translator to communicate with me. I asked to try tapioca for breakfast and Daniel made me a sweet and savory option without me asking just so I could try both, so nice! I felt very safe and taken care of. They even let me store my bag for a couple hours so I could wait by the pool till my next hotel check in. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard, but that is just me bejng picky. So go stay! Its great!

Infelizmente não foi boa. A recepcionista foi super atenciosa, mas a supervisora nos tratou super mal. Nós hospedamos no hotel, pois moramos no Rio de Janeiro e meu entendo teria a sua festa de formatura no Hotel, optei por me hospedar no hotel para que fosse melhor o acesso a formatura, fechamos um quarto duplo, pois só iria ao quarto eu e meu esposo. Cheguei no Hotel às 16:40, a formatura começaria às 17:00, com isso meu enteado não precisaria subir ao quarto, pois já ficaria na parte de eventos. Quando a supervisora viu o meu enteado, já questionou, e eu expliquei que ele não subiria, além de que, não iríamos passar das 22hs da noite, pois voltaríamos para o Rio de Janeiro. Com isso, eu informei que ele já ficaria para a formatura, pois já estava perto das 17:00, a resposta dela para a recepcionista foi o seguinte, “bom, se na hora do check out vermos na câmera que a criança foi ao quarto, cobraremos” Achei uma total falta de respeito, não sou criança, e nem preciso mendigar nada. Me senti totalmente desrespeitada, e paguei o valor de 110,00 reais a mais, o menino foi ao quarto por menos de 5 minutos pois já havia pago, e ele só foi porque eu paguei. Minha estadia durou 5 horas, nessas 5 horas, eu passei 40 minutos no quarto. Infelizmente perderam uma cliente, pela má educação da funcionária. Meu problema não era pagar, foi a forma que ela falou e duvidou da minha palavra.

O hotel em um todo é lindo, muito organizado, sou não vou dar nota 10 pq fui convidada a me retirar da piscina pois estava de short e blusa( sou evangélica e nao uso biquínis) sendo q era noite e além de mim e meu esposo só só tinha mas um casal, até falei q estava com aquelec5raje por conta da religião mas fui informada q não poderia continuar na piscina.

Poderiam melhorar os apartamentos! O quarto que fiquei, no site dizia cama de casal e na verdade são duas camas de solteiro unidas que trouxeram um grande desconforto ao dormir, o ar condicionado super barulhento e o box do banheiro nao vedava direito, ao tomar o banho como a pressão da água é forte acabava molhando o banheiro todo.
