No podría haber elegido un mejor lugar para mis vacaciones con mi bebé!!! La ubicación del hotel el cómodo acceso a la playa La Paz que se siente en el atardecer!!! Ótima, sinceros e responsáveis com o erro!

Tivemos problemas com a reserva de não termos quarto disponível, e estar lotada a pousada. A paciência da gerente Marta, toda sua tranquilidade fez com que aceitássemos melhor o erro. Ela organizou uma outra pousada, longe da praia e perto da rua das pedras. Férias, janeiro não teria vaga em lugar algum mesmo. Programamos 3 noites em búzios, e em razão do erro da pousada a Marta nos concedeu uma noite a mais e quarto superior ao pago. Enfim, ficamos 2 noites no centro e mais 2 na maravista sem custo algum além do já pago pelo App. Erros acontecem e numa viagem chateiam bastante e gera um grande transtorno, mas o que fazer? A pousada é ótima, muito bem cuidada e excelentes Funcionários, Miriam, Paulo e a Marta que soube conduzir o erro e foi muito sincera desde o início. Tirando o grave erro e desconforto tudo foi ótimo, lugar, pousada, quarto, restaurante dentro e um na frente excelente tb. Uma boa estrutura. Sem cheiro de mofo. Café muito bom. Atendimento na praia. Pousada de qualidade e realmente pé na areia,’o que faz muita diferença. Espero voltar e na próxima dar tudo certo.

Como sempre, sentindo-me em casa

Ambiente leve, confortável, charmoso, comida saudável, atendimento cordial, limpo e tranquilo. O melhor é a sensação de se sentir em casa e não em um hotel. Gostei dos tratamentos no SPA (drenagem linfática com bambu e redutora).

Amazing!! Better than expected!

When looking at Buzios wasn't sure where to stay / what you would get... Paid for a sea view room and so worth it!!! Lovely room clean and fresh with a small balcony with table and chairs that over looks the pool and sea!! Staff was very friendly and food was good!! Highly recommend and would go back!

EXELENTE, Recepcion 24Hs, (ingresamos 06.30hs), Destaco la Cordialidad Amabilidad y Respeto de TODO de personal que trabaja aqui. Siempre dispuestos y muy alegres. Muy Buen Servicio de la Pousada (Desayuno muy bueno; Servicio de playa a toda hora, Muy bien Ubicado (frente al mar y 400mts. de Av Principal)se puede acceder a cualquier lugar de Buzios con las Combis que pasan por la av.. Supero nuestras expectativas sin ser un hotel de lujo

Atendimento e localização perfeitos.

Adorei a pousada, as acomodações , o atendimento e atenção dos funcionários. As instalações estão um pouco antigas, precisando de manutenção, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Restaurante muito bom, quartos bons. Nota 10 para o atendimento e localização. Só não gostei do ar condicionado não poder ser direcionado, e o selo de higienização estava indicando que está três anos sem higienizar...será que está isso tudo mesmo? Esse tipo de cuidado é importante para a saúde dos hóspedes, principalmente bebês e crianças. Reparei que o ventilador de teto estava muito sujo tb.

Localização excelente, atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo. O chuveiro do quarto e da piscina precisam melhorar, ducha fraca, não lavam a areia do corpo direito. Melhores chuveiros, com ducha decente, seria uma melhoria urgente a ser feita.
