5 night stay was perfect for my RnR. Based right on the river and easy access to local amenities and CBD. Loved the room and general feel of the place.

I like the location. Our hotel, QT Perth was located next to the walking mall shopping area that practically every thing that we needed.

I loved the building and the foyer is very grand . Its close to most of the attactions in Fremantle Shops ,Cafes etc restaurants,Fremantle Market The views the Esplanade are spectacular The staff were lovely & Helpful & accomodating they went out their way to help.

Free wine and cheese at attached restaurant every day, very friendly staff, high quality breakfast selection available every morning. Great customer service!! However sound proofing is not great

Hotel location was very convenient. But there was a particular staff member - an Asian man. He was horrible during our check in. Or whenever we saw him. Rude. And very dismissive. We told him that our room smelt like smoke and he dismissed us saying their rooms are non smoking but it clearly stung and we had to spray perfume. The rooms were fine but not cleaned well at all. Dusty. Broken , chipped lamps and one of the cupboard door was open and it was the water heater. Reception staff were nice all except for that one guy. We were meeting a fren at the lobby one evening and she got there before us and had a query and he was Lso very rude and dismissive to her.
