Very clean public areas and rooms/bathrooms although our en-suite bathroom definitely needed updating. Very tatty woodwork and tiling. Beds and pillows were quite hard but spotlessly clean and a/c very welcome during the recent heatwave. Staff pleasant and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.
Handy for tube station and situated in a quiet road. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

We arrived early and severely jetlagged. Our room was not ready but we were given access to a private lounge with refreshments. It was quite comfortable and quiet (enough that I fell asleep for 2 hours!). The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The location is close to everything & the underground is around the corner. I woukd stay here again.

"Very nice room on the first floor - spacious, clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were really good and the room was very quiet. Nice fluffy towels. My only gripe is having to pay £5 a night to park - having already paid for the hotel I object to having to pay extra to park."
