"It started with waiting at reception for someone to assist in finding out reservation. Once the gentleman gave us our room key we walked into the hallway and it wreaked off cigarette smoke. Upon entering our room the floors were sticky the towels and wash clothes were stained like they were previously used to clean mud off something and it wouldn't wash out.
