"Nice location, friendly staff. Pull out bed had lots of stains on the mattress, pretty gross. Our HVAC was extremely loud and hindered sleep, but not much to do about that in realtime. Hotel met the needs. "

"Complimentary dinner was a nice touch. I’ve never been to a hotel that offered that. It was good and filling. Saved us money! "
"The only recommendation I have is to have something available at the bar before the restaurant opens. Even if that’s just a simple Chex mix or some kind of finger foods, having the bar open with no type of food or snacks is not recommended. Other than that, the rest of the day was perfect and Patrick the bartender is awesome. "
"The property was very accessible to many restaurants and Nationwide Arena. The downside was the cleanliness of the room. Our sheets had stains and found hair in the bed and on the pillow. My son’s rooms had orange stains on the floor. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to the details of the room. Parking is across the street in the other Hilton hotel. A bit of a walk. Breakfast was located in the other Hilton tower as well. Overall I would give this location a 7/10. Not the worst but could be better. "
