-There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online.
-There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management.
Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "

"Loved the food. Chef and Staff were accomodating. Room was way below standard. Insects in room. No hot water in shower. Had to pay to use pool. Had to pay for toilet paper, waters, shampoo. Room not cleaned every day. The view of a beach turned out to be a body of water filled with garbage. Would never stay here again."
