"The parking is an absolute nightmare. It is extremely difficult and dangerous to drive and find a spot and the spots are at an angle and difficult to park. The breakfast- coffee is from a machine and the coffee comes out cold. The rooms are modern and the building is historic."

"My stay would have been excellent if it were not for no a/c in the hotel during the month of April. It required me to open the window for air circulation, which was also a mistake cause there was a loud banging noise in the courtyard every 10-15 seconds that keeps you up the entire night. Just turn the a/c on and not run the heater for the entire hotel!"

"Was next to cathedral and old town. The room was very large (three seperate areas). Parking was in the hotel and the breakfast was very good. The hotel needs some upgrading particularly the bathroom. This looks to be a hotel that was exceptional but is in need of an upgrade. The A/C and the TV did not work which was annoying but not a huge issue. With a little bit of attention this could be (or return to) a 4 or 5 star hotel."

"Beautiful hotel and parking very easy and free. However check with the hotel it isn’t market day as you have to use the hotel car park if it is. The room was clean and spacious with a bath tub. Check in easy and all the team were friendly."

"Hotel is on a very busy road. No parking available on-site, so had to unload luggage and hold traffic up. Public Car Park not too far away but disappointing not to be able to park at Hotel. Only 1 member of staff on Reception so he was a little overworked, but very pleasant. Public areas recently refurbed and very nice. Room was nice enough with a comfy bed. However, a little overpriced for what it was. Supposed to be De-Luxe. Coffee machine with no Coffee. Room very warm. Adequate bathroom. Poor service in the restaurant and no-one manning the bar. Nowhere to relax in the bar area and just have a drink. Cafe area had nice seating but vending machines for refreshments! Nice enough place but probably wouldn't return, although the location for City is excellent."
