Very small room, I called down to concierge and they could not understand my Australian accent and decided to just hang up in my ear, I called back and they just dismissed my complaint, I will not recommend this hotel

Amazing staff, great location, spectacular views from the rooftop patio area. Sits right next to the Da Nico restaurant with the best food in Little Italy. I look forward to my next visit!

Stayed here for a total of 6 nights which we split between 2 different type of rooms (standard king and hudson suite.) The hotel is conveniently located, 20min walk to Hudson Yards and the 7 subway station.
