"Everything was great."

"During our 5 day experience, my girlfriend and I found the resort to be fun and eventful. It was clean and the drinks and most restaurants were delicious. Staff was very attentive, genuine, and kind! Activities always a fun time! They had pool games, pool fitness, volleyball games on the beach, etc. I recommend this stay when traveling to Mexico!"

"Excellent resort! We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. Best restaurant was Tortuga! Wait staff, especially Alejandro were great, as well as the food. For breakfast we loved the food and servers Jorge and Arturo. At Emiliano’s, Hector was our favorite server and the food was excellent. For pool service we liked Alejandro. Our favorite pool servers, husband and wife, Joel and Norma greeted us back as though we were family. We especially liked the Rock band who had performed the last 2 years that we were there. Improvements made this year were refurbished rooms and the addition of more umbrellas around the pool. The plants around the entire resort were kept in immaculate condition. The cupcakes at the cafe were better this year. We especially loved bartender Luis at the Whale Watchers bar. This was our 7th stay here and we will return!"

"Stayed here mainly because the location is excellent — very close to the beach, marina, restaurants, and easy to walk almost everywhere. The staff was friendly and the overall area felt lively and convenient. However, the rooms are very outdated and the biggest issue was the strong unpleasant smell inside the room. We had to keep the balcony door open most of the time because the air felt very heavy and uncomfortable. Without fresh air coming in, it was honestly difficult to stay in the room for long periods. If the hotel renovates the rooms and improves ventilation/freshness, this place could be much better because the location itself is really great."

"We enjoyed the resort very much, rooms were nice and clean each day. Very nice resort with a variety of pools, and the temperature of each pool was slightly different which gave you warmer or cooler options. Poolside service was great, Ricardo was exceptional. The food on site was great, we enjoyed going to Brigantine restaurant. Another convenience was being less than 10min walk to the marina. The entertainment crew were a lot of fun, special thanks to Sarah, Leylane, Edgar, Orlando, Isaac and Rodrigo. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again"
