Loved the pool area and gym etc. Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter and having glass doors but no actual door for the bathroom makes for an uncomfortable experience at times. Needing to use the bathroom overnight calls for you to go in the dark. Such an odd design feature! Despite this would happily stay again...but could only do so with those you are VERY comfortable with "

"We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room. We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay. The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned. Proceed with caution..."
