"Quaint property with a great location. Some of the room needed a bit of a freshening and there were long dark hairs stuck to the bed linens. Normally this would have horrified me but it didn’t feel ‘dirty’, just something that happened. A short walk to Plaza Mayor and all the old town sites. "The hotel is in a fantastic position in the plaza ideal for an evening meal and stroll. The hotel itself one could describe as quirky with the 'open plan' bathroom in our room not really to our. choice but that is a personal opinion. The breakfast was very good with very friendly and helpful personnel. Overall a good place to stay to explore the old town after our initial difficulty of finding it."

"We stayed just for one night as a stopover on the way to Cadiz. The room is extremely well appointed and comfortable. The en-suite shower room was spacious and had all necessary items for a comfortable stay including hair dryer, shaving/make-up mirror toiletries. Bedside cabinets with lamps and power sockets were very useful for mobile / laptop charging. The reception staff we helpful and friendly. All very good!"

"The location is very good. There is enough space in front of the property to load and unload your car which is a great thing. You can walk to the historical part of the city in 2 minutes. But the rooms are old, the beds eere on wheels and kept rolling away leaving a gap between. In general beds are unconfortable. The rooms are small as well, iys hard to move around. But the a/c works well. Overall not a good deal for the price."

"A little hard to find but excellent location. Small, basic room. Traffic noise at night. Secure underground garage at the hotel which is unheard of and gives piece of mind. The breakfast area will surprise and please you, good selection of food and pastries. 10 minute walk to the historic district. Pleanty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Con: no hotel sign on street like other hotel signs. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price."

"This is a terrific hotel! It's just a few feet from the Plaza Mayor (which is convenient but if you have a room facing the Plaza it will be very noisy at night). The rooms are spacious and very clean. The cost is reasonable and in my opinion one of the best value for Euro we experienced during our 3 week stay in Spain. And you get a free breakfast to boot. The staff is excellent! We had a problem which required us to stay in Caceres for two additional days and Rafael was immensely helpful in...

"Excellent location. Room was very nice and the bathroom good size. Elevator was helpful but optional. Check in was awkward with their automated entry but once in you switched to manual keys which worked fine. Very convenient to food"
