Do not stay

This is not a hotel - it’s more like a virtual hotel with access through the web. No front desk with a doorman (person) providing no assistance since it’s a mostly a residential building. 360 occupies 2 floors of the building which they make available through a convoluted email system. Very poorly organized with not much instruction. Would not recommend a stay without fully understanding the system. No housekeeping and a change in towels costs you extra (when they email you back).

Boa localização, mesmo que a noite tenham pessoas em situação de rua. Quarto confortável, limpo e água quente. A resolutividade de problemas na estadia é péssima. Internet não funcionou nenhum dia, dois dias para entregar um ferro de passar roupa, secador de cabelo do quarto não funcionava. No geral o quarto é ótimo, caso não precise de algo além do quarto em si.

Estadia boa, apesar de algumas falhas

Tive uma boa estadia, a localização é ótima e o prédio muito bem estruturado, com uma ótima área de lazer (academia e piscina). Contudo, o apartamento tinha falta de xícaras e a máquina de café estava quebrada. Levou várias horas para resolverem esses problemas, e tive que ficar reiterando a solicitação via whatsapp. O serviço de wi-fi fornecido é de baixa velocidade e falhava em alguns horários do dia, o que gera problemas para quem está em home office (como é o meu caso).
