Clean rooms but the bathroom in room above ours had a leak that cascaded into ours. What stood out was that, despite the late hour of the event, the front desk staff responded quickly, provided an alternate room, and followed up with a complimentary breakfast the following morning.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Hotel is on the beach & you can walk to many restaurants. No problem parking. Very good customer service. Very good breakfast. No complaints.

Had to pay an extra €15 just to ensure we got a double bed and not singles … room was supposed to be Premium but there was nothing premium about it … quite small room with a sea view … definitely won’t be staying here again

The hotel is a little tired looking and the bedroom I was in was in need of maintenance around the shower area. Signs of mould on the shower head and caulking. The hotel is well positioned on the main square next to the beach with plenty of dining options close by.

Not to friendly staff. We arrived after 7:00 pm and asked for a possible late check out (12:00 noon is the regular check out) and got offered a 3 hour late check out for 40 Euros or 6:00pm for 70 Euros. Parking was an issue, and expensive (20 Euros). Beds were comfortable and the room quiet. A last minute choice, not worth the price. Would not recommend it

A bit of a Curate’s Egg - one aspect not so good !

Staff at all levels outstandingly good in helpfulness, cheerfulness and general smiley nature. The only thing that let it down for us was our total inability to connect with the internet in the hotel’s WiFi. Two iPhones and two iPads could not connect throughout our three-days. In the end we had to use our mobile signals. Shame because everything else worked well for us.
