The place was an easy access to several places; including malls, resto and etc.We have arrived early during the day and they allowed us to check-in a little bit early than scheduled.

The accommodations were basically as expected. What was missing was bath soap and there was no remote for the TV

Room was absolutely filthy Bedding wasn’t changed unless you requested but took another two days to clean Cockroaches everywhere Bathroom stinking and filthy toilet leaking bad was reported but nothing done about it Staff rude and unprofessional

It's so disappointing why the air conditioner is placed just above the pillow. The noise within the floor is terrible for the whole night. The hotel does not have a restaurant on its own.

Like:Location is good. Dislike: service is poor, air conditioning is not working well. Poor condition - toiletries is not available you have to ask reception -ni phone available inside room... you have to go out at the floor lobby to call for service

Very convenient, very close to the malls, the only problem was that the wifi was not working on the higher floors. What saved the day was that the lobby wifi was working.

最悪のホテル

最悪のホテルです。３日間の予約を入れました。１４時からチェックインは知っていましたが、１２時に荷物を預けに行って１５時過ぎにチェックイン出来ず３０分以上待たされ文句を言って、ようやく部屋へ。シャワー室にはバスマットが無く入り口に汚いフロアーマットがあるだけ・・・ベッドには毛布が無くシーツのみ。翌日は朝から出かけ夜に戻るとルームクリーニングは無くバスタオルも交換していない状態なのでフロントに文句を言ってルームクリーニング・タオル交換をしてもらいました。翌々日もルームクリーニング無し。　無料Wi Fiの設定は簡単には出来ず時間がかかりました。

The bathroom bowl when you flash full of cockroaches... the aircondition is leaking and make mt bet wet and even my head hit by the water spills coming from the aircondition. No toiletries no phone no wifi

Front Desk Clerk/Staff should be more accomodating

We checked in early(8:00am) and I understand that it might take some time to have the reserved room. They act quick though and had us a room and we just left our baggage since we need to go somewhere important. However, they didn't informed us that the key card will be locked or disabled by 12pm or 2pm, so it happened to us that when we arrived to our room (5th floor )between 3pm to 4pm we were shocked that our key card doesn't work so I need to go down to FD to have it unlocked and it is just so hassle in our part to wait outside of our room for about 5min to 10min. They only have 1 elevator, wifi is only at the lobby, hall way is not airconditioned and not so wide.

Nice location near Malls and Terminals

For a budget traveller like me, i would recommend this botel. Though very basic but also very convenient. It is walking distance to centrio mall and gaisano mall and beside the Capitol University. It is a 5min drive to Agora terminal and limketkai. You just have to go outside the hotel and voila, there are motorela, jeepneys and taxis that can bring you anywhere
