The hotel is modest and it appears to be set for Philippines standards and not western, my bathroom was dirty on arrival I asked for it to be cleaned 3 times in as many days and they seemed reluctant to bring it up to par, they did provide bottled water daily and eventually provided adequate toiletries like toothbrush, shampoo and soap, on a positive note the internet works well but parking is difficult to find, they were kind and let me park my rental car in the underground parking, if it was clean when I arrived it would have received a favorable review. I stayed 8 nights.

Don’t book room in this hotel!. I booked 3 rooms for this hotel for 3 consecutive nights for my relatives. Their experience were horrible . Apparently the staff there are so lazy to answer the front desk phone, no towels and toilet paper in the room. Front desk will ignore your call , so you really have to bring your ass down the building to get whatever you need . So what if there is an emergency going on with the guest and the only mean of help is thru the phone ? That is negligence! Breakfast was supposed to be included in the room , they will promised you that they will pack it for you to go if you need to leave early , but nothing was there when it’s time for you to leave. Reason for me to book the superior room is because of the convenience of the breakfast meal .

Not bad.
No valet parking. First come first serve when it comes to parking, even when you make a reservation prior to your check-in. However, the room is fairly clean and spacious. It's an old hotel so expect rusts and cracks. Good thing we didn't find any moulds. Free breakfast is always a plus. Bring your own toiletries because the hotel does not have shampoo and conditioner available for guests, only a few small bars of soap. There's a couple of bottled waters in the room but no confectionery in the fridge, which we didn't mind. We had a good stay at the hotel. Not bad.

THE ROOM WAS VERY OUTDATED! FOR THE PRICE WE PAID WE WERE EXPECTING A LOT MORE!! THE BUFFET DID NOT HAVE MUCH VARIETY & THE EGGS WERE COLD. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET SOME BREAD! ON THE OTHER HAND THE COFFEE WAS GREAT!
