"Staff was very nice. Room was very nice. Rented two bikes had issue with gears changing and kickstand on one and chain falling off on the other. One bike lock was impossible to use key was not easy to get out and to put in. Mentioned when returning bike and got brushed off. Received phone call two days later asking if bike was returned when returned and spoke to the staff member in person "

We also needed guidance with transportation at the train station and staff provided all the useful tips which prepared us for our first train experience in Italy! "Hotel Jane was a great stay. The breakfast was delicious. They offered several different food options, coffee, juice, etc. It also had an elevator, which is helpful with luggage. There is someone at the reception desk to assist you with getting taxi’s, etc. The hotel was clean and had a nice shower. "
