Good hotel, next to Villa Cherubini Rehabilitation Hospital on the slopes above Florence. They serve typical delicious Italian Breakfast.

Included breakfast was very good with various options. No fridge in room or ice machines, but staff offered to store food we had with us in their kitchen fridge. Exterior areas and grounds could use some cleaning. Wifi was very slow, unable to watch videos and cell phone reception was very poor in iur room.

The location was extermely spectacular. The staff at the hotel were very helpful amd supportive, in addition to speaking English. As to the breakfast, was served daily and had met my expectations. I would definitely stay next time I visit.
