"El fraude por todo lado ... supuestamente varios daños se ocasionaron el misno dia de la estadia , por lo que ni agua corriente habia , la nevera y el asador super sucios y luego el dueño de la finca reconoce que en esas condiciones que la alquilo no era lo indicado; que indico que solicitara el reembolso completo a hoteles..com que el lo aceptaba ,,y ahora me informan que el mismo lo nego ... a parte de irresponsable , deshonesto por que bloqueo mi numero ... este comportamiento no es de...

"Hotel Casa Candela near Sopetrán, Antioquia, exceeded expectations. The property is gated, beautifully maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful mountain views. We stayed in the Superior Villa, and the mountain view from the villa was one of the highlights of the stay. The private hot tub was also a really nice touch and made the villa feel even more comfortable and relaxing. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were helpful, courteous, and efficient. Room service was awesome, and the food was excellent. The facilities were another major highlight, especially the pool and spa. I especially want to give a shout out to the spa staff, who exceeded service expectations. Even if you are not staying overnight, the hotel seems like a great option for a day pass to enjoy the pool and facilities. Overall, the experience felt well worth the price, and I would definitely return."

"Muy buena atención desde el momento que llegamos, el parqueadero es muy cerca, a 1 cuadra y media y es gratis durante la estadía. Nuestra habitación excelente, con todo en muy buenas condiciones, aire acondicionado, bata, chanclas, caja fuerte, articulos en el baño, todo de muy buen gusto y el mini bar es de cortesia, aguas, Te Hatsu, papas de paquete, galletas, chicles, etc. El desayuno fue muy rico y completo y la atención espectacular. En la piscina tambien nos fue muy bien, nos tomamos unos tragos y los precios excelentes. El hotel queda a 2 cuadras del parque principal. Definitivamente volveria a este hotel cuando vaya a Santa Fe de Antioquia."

"Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again."

"This hotel is exactly what I've been looking for! Just 90 minutes from Medellín on a great road, it's the perfect quick escape. I went just myself for a night to relax. I felt incredibly comfortable and well-cared for. The staff and managers were super accommodating (and wonderful with my two small dogs!). They truly care, offering relaxing activities like yoga and guided walks, and even have a really cool treehouse spa. The food is fantastic, the pool is gorgeous, and they accommodated a late check-out. Everything about this place exceeded expectations. I will absolutely be back soon!"
