The hotel has a great view of the pyramids and GEM. I do like that it is in a side street and the rooms are quiet. Nada has been so helpful in settling us in, and I appreciate the welcome drinks. They even gave us a papyrus souvenir which was so thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and aircon was working well. All the staff are very helpful and accommodating , we truly enjoyed our stay in Giza.

The sign in was very positive. They have helped with shuttling to the New Egyption Museum and to the Airport. The Room was clean. The Bathroom and shower was spacious. It had a good working AC. The Refrigerator works.

The room was beautiful! There was an elevator. The staff were so helpful and kind! The street going to it was a bit rundown, but that seemed like all of Giza and Cairo. The room was nice and cold. The free breakfast was huge! They really did not need to waste that much food. There is a tiny convenience store a few feet away which was helpful. The location is literally at the pyramids and grand Egyptian museum! Free shuttle from airport was on time and they always answered what's app messages quickly. I felt very safe and well cared for and appreciated.

I had an amazing experience staying here. The hospitality was excellent and the staff were very kind and welcoming. This is a small hotel that overlooks the pyramids. The hotel is literally right across the street from the New Museum so you can walk there if you want. Each morning I opened the curtains and could see the pyramids and they were breathtaking. Even though it was on a busy street you could barely hear the traffic outside. The beds were comfortable, and the food was delicious. We had breakfast on the rooftop and had a whole table full of delicious Egyptian food. The rooftop bar overlooking the pyramids was comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful with a smile made the whole trip. The only thing I felt a little leery about the hotel is at the end of an alleyway but once you’re inside, it’s beautiful. Marble floors, an elevator to take you to each floor and very cold air-conditioning which in June is perfect. I would come back and stay here again.

I have stayed at different hotels in Cairo and this one is one of the best. The staff has been the friendliest and most helpful out of all competitors - always asking if you need anything any chance you pass them. The room was clean. The rooftop restaurant with a pyramid view for breakfast was great. They organized a stress free shuttle for me when I arrived. When I come back, I am booking with them every time.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The airport lost our luggage and the concierge personally went out and bought us supplies the first night of the trip. All of the staff members were so friendly and helped us arrange Ubers and gave us recommendations on where to go. Rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The rooftop view of the pyramid and the new museum is breathtaking. Will definitely rebook here on my next trip.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of both the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids right from the property. Waking up to that view every morning was truly special. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel arranged everything for me, including my visit to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, which made the trip completely stress-free. They also organized my airport transfer, and everything was smooth and perfectly on time. If you’re looking for a convenient location, amazing views, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Egypt.

Lovely and comfortable hotel not far from the GEM. It is quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good, even for me who have restrictions on what I can eat. Coffee was ok. The WiFi can be patchy at times. Staff are just wonderful! Ali is charming and charismatic and his colleagues too. The ladies from the front desk are also great. Although a few people might have mentioned that the access to the hotel is in a quiet street or alleyway, my Uber drivers had to trouble finding it. Judging a place in Egypt by the way the surroundings are is really shallow and inaccurate. It is a great hotel for the price they charge.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay at this hotel was. We were greeted with warmth, professionalism, kindness, and the most welcoming hospitality every day of our stay! Every single person working there between the day and nights shifts were so kind, attentive, and friendly. Communication for anything you need was so fast and done with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for the experience, cleanliness, comfort, and incredible views of the pyramids from the rooftop! No complaints at all!
