Im very disappointed😔At 12 pm they come to our door and knock very loudly. The they ask as me and my partner if you are married so we say no. The they ask us to leave at 12 midnight just because we can’t not slept together if we are not married! What a shame

I booked this apartment and the they said you have the wrong location we will send a guy with you to the other location where is totally different and far from the original place, I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Beware of bait and switch. Booked larger apartment through Expedia and was told one day before checkin that apartment is at the secondary location, which is several km away. That location has nothing walkable and needs a taxi to even get water or any dining. None of this or address of other location is mentioned on the expedia listing. Apartment floor was also dusty in places. Service was also poor since they gave a fare for airport transfer and then doubled it and different staff kept quoting different very high fares for airport drop. Would not recommend, given this experience.

Decent hotel with good internet, which is rare in Egypt. There’s a small grocery store nearby so convenient enough.

The property overall is very good the things did not like -it noisy at night and the strong smoking smell comes and goes -I asked the one the staff the tv not working and the one of the windows not working probably not action taken

Customer Service is professional and friendly. Great interior room design, and convenient full kitchen for travelers. Full fridge, stove, dishes, silverware. Full washer, and washing detergent. Over-all great experience. Will be here again

I booked this accommodation in Cairo and had an email confirmation. However, on arriving at the property, I was asked to produce a marriage certificate for my guest and this was neither mentioned in the listing nor the confirmation email. To be fair, the lady at the reception was very polite and gave me a refund as her manager insisted on enforcing their policy of hosting only married couples. Of course, every business has a right to their own policies but this should have been made very clear in the listing. So, if you are planning to stay here with a guest, just make sure you have a marriage certificate with you.
