This property has an amazing location with a rooftop restaurant that has a nice view of the pyramids. The manager Heba was exceptional in helping us book our excursions and arrange transportation for us. She is a liscensed guide and assited us on several tours, we absolutely enjoyed our tours with her and hope to do more in the future. This is an exceptional value for the location, and their are restaurants and shopping all within a 5 min walk.

Great view but noisy

Great view but very noisy, bring earplugs if you want to enjoy the night. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it comes at a cost: they charged 10 TIMES the Uber price when we asked them to organize a taxi for us.

BEST place to stay in Giza. MAGNIFICENT view of the pyramids! The staff is EXCEPTIONAL . Ahmed, the manager of the hotel is an AMAZING person. He made my birthday very special and I am very grateful for him. The BEST tour guide Rona and the BEST driver ever M. Hamdy are AWESOME. I had GREAT time with them. Love Giza! The people are charming and friendly. This trip was fun, informative, interesting and very entertaining. It was ABSOLUTELY inspiring. I’m really thankful for all of you. I really appreciate your service and dedication. Love you all!

The hotel has a fantastic rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the Giza Pyramids. In particular, Ahmed provided excellent service and took great care of the guests. He also organized day trips and drivers. A few areas for improvement would be to add a shower curtain to prevent the bathroom from getting too wet during showers, and a toilet brush would also be helpful. The walls are quite thin, which could be a bit disturbing for some guests.

We arrived at the hotel after a late flight with a great start... We had an excellent driver collect us and when we checked in we were shown to our room and taken upstairs for a complementary drink on the rooftop with an amazing view of the pyramids. Shortly after going to our room in 36-40° summer temps the power shut down so the heat was terrible and kept shutting off during our stay, the wifi also kept shutting off and even when the power was on was mostly not working. The water was shut off the entire day we stayed and there was no communication from the staff on how long it would be before it was fixed. Resturant didnt display prices and charged 3x what you would have paid anywhere else. Wouldn't stay again.

Plusieurs petits points négatifs: - ils ont voulu nous facturer la navette aller 25 euros et suite à notre mécontentement on nous a proposer un rabais de 50% sur la navette retour (soit 12,50 euros) à savoir qu’avec un taxi vous en avait pour 5/6 euros. - l’attente pour le repas est longue, quand le restaurant n’est pas fermé sans prévenir. - nous étions deux et avons eu une chambre pour une personne, soit qu’un set de serviette et un lit normalement pour une personne. - le papier toilette n’est pas mis à disposition, il faut sans cesse le réclamer. - la carte des menus n’affiche aucun tarif. - il n’y a que deux sortes de petit déjeuner, par contre la femme qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner a toujours été très agréable et serviable. - nous avons demandé les tarifs pour une excursion, nous n’avons jamais eu de retour. - notre salle de bain était mal conçu, l’eau était sans cesse présente sur le sol. - nous sommes arrives relativement tard à l’hôtel et nous étions fatigués, nous avons manifesté notre envie d’aller dormir cependant l’hôte souhaitez discuter avec nous de façon oppressante. - l’insonorité est quasi inexistante. Cependant il faut aussi admettre qu’au vu du prix, le rapport qualité prix pour simplement dormir et admirer les pyramides sur leur rooftop est présent. À savoir que l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier défavorisé.

I absolutely loved the location of this stay! The proximity to the pyramids was amazing and made for incredible views from the rooftops. I loved being in walking distance to local restaurants & shops too! The hotel manager, Heba, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Not just at the hotel, but as a local guide who took us on great tours. She was huge in contributing to this being such a memorable stay! I felt safe & cared for with the hotel staff helping us with transportation and local recommendations. This was a wonderful introduction to Giza & I cannot wait to return! Definitely a good value for the price.

Our stay at Pyramids On The Spot was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is very clean, with modern, comfortable rooms and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The service was excellent from start to finish everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Hossam for his amazing hospitality and care. He made us feel completely welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The tours arranged by the hotel were also fantastic well organized, informative, and perfectly timed. The rooftop view of the pyramids was breathtaking, especially at sunset. I had an amazing experience staying at Pyramids On The Spot! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern, spacious, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view of the pyramids is unbelievable you can literally see them from the rooftop while enjoying breakfast or tea. The hotel also offers fantastic tours and travel services; everything was perfectly organized, with professional guides and comfortable transportation. They helped us see the best of Cairo and Giza without any stress. The service overall was excellent every detail was taken care of with care and a smile. It’s clear that the team truly loves what they do. If you want a clean, friendly, and perfectly located hotel near the pyramids, Pyramids On The Spot is the best choice. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit aller gespürt. Das Hotel ist neu, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel, und alles war perfekt eingerichtet. Das Personal war stets freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und stets hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch für die Organisation der Touren – alles war perfekt organisiert und hat meinen Besuch der Pyramiden zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Rooms are really small. No safety deposit boxes in the rooms. However, We like how most of the staff interact with us. They are polite. Having said that, there are a few incidents where they failed to keep their commitments/promises to us. A couple of examples; we purchased all our tours with them. One of our tours is ac3 hour travel to the city of Alexandria. They promise us a van since there is 6 of us. But to our disappointment, they gave us a small SUV which made our travel very uncomfortable as 6 people a driver and a tour guide cramp inside this small vehicle. Secondly, they promise to prepare our packed breakfast to bring with us to the airport since we are leaving early. Instead, no one prepared our breakfast. The night before they promise to include in our packed breakfast. boiled egg, laughing cow cheese, bread with cheese, strawberry jams, etc. and a hot coffee before we leave. But it’s just an empty promise. They send us an apology through email and what’s up. But we know that they don’t meant it.

Mahmoud and the staff were very accommodating. The facilities were clean and in good order. The room was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The area around the hotel is somewhat complicated, so it was difficult to find the entrance to the property at first attempt. I would recommend this hotel for another stay.

The view from the rooftop was great! The hotel had no water or electricity for over a day! When I asked for a refund they handed me a bottle of water. No showers no a/c and it was 105 plus degrees!
