Since the moment we arrived at the airport we were welcome by Omar, he was really friendly and respectful once we got to the hotel which is 40 min from the airport was really nice and quiet, the first morning we had our free breakfast on the roof top with an AMAZING view of the pyramids 😍 not to mention all the staff there were really nice and friendly. The owner give us some tips on different things and what to do this and that but we have already booked our tours. Not to mention Ali was extremely nice, friendly, funny and cooperative, we wanted to have a memorable dinner our last nite and took us to an amazing roof top restaurant with the pyramids on display. Anyways my whole trip stay at the hotel was spectacular. I can definitely recommend a pleasant stay in Giza. Thank you everyone who make me feel like home and keep up the good work. ☺️😉

Very good hotel . Quiet and private . Excellent view on roof and easy access to everything you want. The people who work are excellent and very friendly. The owner is very kind Andy does private tours to whatever you want to do for cheap. I took a gamble on the hotel and now will stay there again when I go. Pyramids is 15 minutes away by a slow walk. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Good, quick stay

I live in the MENA region and wanted to take a last minute weekend getaway. Pyramids Tower had availability and they're good for quick stays. The staff were nice, accommodating and attentive. The standard room with city view is bare bones basic, but has everything you need, and is reasonably priced. Though there is smoking allowed in the hotel, I never smelled it in my room. Wifi is fast and reliable. The elevator works well and was always available when I needed it. The complimentary breakfast was a typical Egyptian spread and plentiful. There are wonderful views of the pyramids from the dining area, which is what I was there for; it was nice to see every morning. I had no trouble getting an Uber from the location and it was easy to find for my tour guides. I learned after the fact that there was a complimentary airport shuttle, but again, this was a last minute booking for me. Would recommend for quick stays for travelers that aren't high maintenance.

I do not recommend

The rooms are nice and comfortable. We found the day staff and manager to be very polite, friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the full complimentary breakfast in the morning. The biggest issue arrose at night when the night staff decided to spend the entire night assembling furniture for an event on the floor directly above us. They were also in our hallway dragging construction materials from the elevator just a few meters from our door. We spent the entire night awake and complained three times to the night manager who did not care at all and simply yelled at us in Arabic. He did nothing to change the situation. We left early the next morning to catch our flight sleep deprived and exhausted. We will not be staying there again.
