I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. Although the staff members were friendly and accommodating, the pictures on the website were misleading. The shower was mouldy and the equipment was old. Additionally, there was no iron machine or iron board available. I would rate this hotel as one-star. When I booked a dinner buffet, there was no buffet available, and I was given a limited à la carte menu with only two options. However, the staff were very friendly. I advise that you think twice before booking this hotel and consider seeing it in person first. I will never stay here again as it is not worth the price.

Would stay again

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the manager also accommodates the stray dogs and cat seeking shelter outside the hotel which was a bonus for me, knowing they show compassion. Hotel could do with updating - which they seem to be in the process off. Room phone didn’t work but wasn’t a big problem.

Hotel is not on well maintained condition. Worst part they don't even provide you water bottles even for breakfast if you ask for water they will ask you to buy. Corridors are stinky. Only good thing is location and view of Nile

The front desk staff was incredibly rude and the bathroom had more mold than I have ever seen. AC did not work and the elevator did not work.

We could not stay in this room and had to leave. Room was completely different from the pictures provided. Rooms were unclean and smelled like some insecticide. Room furniture is outdated. Bathroom fixtures had rust.

When I first arrived I had to give him 200 Just for him so he can pull me better room hotel was very noisy it’s not a quiet spot to stay in I couldn’t even invite my friends who drove me from the airport for dinner . I do not recommend not want to go there it’s not worth it they treat wrong Plus when you check out you have to wait at the lobby for them to check the room before you leave

My medication i had with me from Norway was taken from my room and I forgot my Nike shoes that cost me 200 dollars and on the last day my kids were in the hotel shop and the guy that worked there tried to take my daughters money from her pocket. My daughter came up to the room and were shocked and I told her come with me we can go back she said no I don’t want to buy anything anymore. I am sad that the hotel I always stay at does something like this. I’m not going there anymore even though I like some of the staff and they are very nice like Sayed and Shihab and the new girls at the reception and Taha and Abdulrahman, Ahmad Moza and manager Samar. Thank you I am still sad that I have to write something like that

2 sefer su istedik gelmedi. Sabah çok erken saatte oda temizliğine geliyorlar zorla kaldırıyorlar. Sonra gelin dedik ama gelmediler. Yola araç park edince dahi otopark için ücret istediler. Zorunlu olmadıkça kalınmaz.

Prisvärt och superfin utsikt!

Mycket prisvärt hotell och att vakna upp varje morgon med utsikt över Nilen var en upplevelse i sig! Personalen var mycket behjälplig och serviceinriktad, vilket gjorde att det kändes som mer än ett trestjärnigt hotell. Jag bokade först tre nätter, sen två nätter extra. Rummet städades varje dag och vårt våningsplan var nyrenoverat. Fin takterrass med pool också. Rekommenderar!
