"A bit of a strange experience when spending £250 for the night. No staff to great you and explain how everything works and nothing in the room either not even a bottle of water. Just a text message with door code and key left in an envelope. The street and those surrounding were very quiet. "Air conditioning system is very old and did not work in our room. Our stay was during August and the upper loft of the room was so hot, sleeping was impossible. Since there is no front desk support at night we could not get this corrected until the next day. A sleepless night to start our vacation was a bad start to our stay. "

"Great 4* hotel. Food and drink aplenty. Beach is stunning! Swim up room fantastic but we think they should give you some drinks in your room and maybe a visit to one of the additional cost restaurant's included in your stay with this room type. Kids loved it, pools are fantastic - so much to do! We like Insotel in Menorca and now Majorca!"
