"We arrived for a winter break and hoped to get some sun. The weather was unpredictable but the hotel, we stayed in the junior suite, was fantastic. Really good customer service and Jennifer on the front desk was always helpful and took time to check all was well with our room. The breakfast buffet offer was varied and well presented. "Absolutely love this Hotel. Prime location, lovely staff - thank you Maria for making breakfast a delight - such an amazing stay. Peaceful, lovely pool, excellent beach a few minutes away! I want to come back again and again. Also gave me a Birthday treat of Champagne and delicious fruit when we got there at almost midnight! Loved it, Loved it, Loved it! Thank you!"

"Gorgeous little oasis outside Ibiza town. Excellent food, service and big sized rooms only complaint was that the hotel restaurant is closed for dinner/ there is no bar otherwise an amazing stay."

"I loved how close it was to the beach. The food was really good. The wi-fi in the rooms could be hit and miss. Very quiet area, unless you are at the back of the hotel near the entrance. Lots of reverse parking beepers due to drop offs and pick ups. The hotel seemed very popular. Not as noisy with patio door shut. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Best hotel we have stayed in during our annual Ibiza holiday’s everything 10/10 The service was amazing, my son had a wonderful time in the kids club and never wanted to leave! The team were incredible! 10/10 in every aspect! The spa was wonderful. One of the best massage’s I’ve ever had! Thank you very much for a short but wonderful stay in Eivissa! We will be back! Only downside was that the activities such as morning yoga and Pilates were before the childcare drop off, meaning I wasn’t able to join in. (Would be fab to introduce a little later class during school holidays) "

Chilled beautiful hotel, amazing staff & location

"This is a fabulous hotel, the service was excellent, the staff were so genuinely friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel across the sea are beautiful and the location is perfect, it’s just a 10 minute walk to the main restaurants and also to the main beach (there are 3). The ambience is very chilled and the decor in the hotel is perfect white Ibiza style with natural materials. Oh and there is a very friendly and gentle resident cat! Perfect in every way! "

"We had a great stay here, all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially the girls on the anamacion team. They were always cheery and even though our daughter is too young to participate in most things they always spoke to her and tried to include her, making balloon animals for her etc. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone else looking for a quiet family break on Ibiza."

"I stayed at The Giri Residence with two friends for four days in mid-July. The hotel and location were gorgeous. We wanted a relaxing stay for a holiday and to celebrate my 40th birthday. While the rooms and hotel were stunning, we felt that customer service was very disappointing. The staff were nice and polite but they were not very attentive. Prior to arrival, I had made hotel staff aware that three of us would be sharing our suite - despite this, they only stocked the room for two people and we had to ask for additional glasses, towels and dressing gown on more than one occasion. When we checked in we didn't receive any information about the hotel, the spa or its facilities / treatments available to us. We weren't told where breakfast would be served or even given a tour of the hotel. Before arrival, I made the hotel aware that I would be celebrating a special birthday and asked if they could recommend any fun activities we could book for the day. I was told that they would discuss suggestions when we arrive - unfortunately, this did not happen. Breakfast was lovely but service was often slow. While the luxury hotel matched the price we paid it wasn't reflected in the customer service."
