Excellent Hotel!
It was our first time visiting Goa & we stayed at Bloom Suites Calangute. We had a phenomenal stay during our trip! The staff & service at this resort were excellent. The rooms were modernly styled and tidy. Our housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring we came back to a fresh, clean & welcoming environment on a daily basis. My fiancé and I also visited the resort restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner. During all times, the hospitality was amazing. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning to this resort & recommend it to future travellers! Thanks again Bloom Suites for a memorable visit.

Value for Money Hotel in Calangute with few issues
The Wi-Fi connectivity was a serious problem. Was just not working and literally had to stand in the corridor to get connectivity. The AC cooling was also a concern but got sorted later. Overall a decent stay, Value for Money and a good team.

Location is 3 km from the local Calungete Beach; it is not safe, do not go there. Baga Beach is clean and safe and great food but over a 5km walk from the hotel and the taxi’s are not metered so they charge what they want. Walking in Goa is dangerous and unpleasant. The hotel was good and the staff are awesome. Food is decent and the cost is reasonable. A few good restaurants close to the hotel are good options also. If you want to stay a few days at the hotel and not venture far then this is an ideal choice. If you want to explore Goa and the beaches you must stay close to Baga Beach.

The hotel is very nice and has a beautiful and calm feel to it. It is very clean and enjoyable. Only downside was the room service. They could improve on the timeliness. Otherwise it is highly recommended to stay here.

Peaceful stay at a great location
The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and they serve a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff at front desk is cordial and helpful. Had a great stay so would recommend this place.

Terrible, pathetic customer service, fraud.
Before I booked, I confirmed if I would be able to check in early. I was told, as long as rooms were available, it should not be a problem. Guess what - when we reached there, they denied giving us early checkin without paying for an additional day. We had to wait for their ego to be satisfied and were finally given rooms later in the day. When we reached the rooms, the keys did not work. This almost happened always all the time, not just with us, but with a lot of other guests. One of the rooms AC was not working, and it took them more than 3+ hours to attend and finally move us to a different room. There were times when the elevators won't work and there was no one to repair them for hours. We had to step up more than 70% of the times and unfortunately our rooms were located on 4th floor. Their breakfast is a joke. The time it ends is 11am. At around 10.30 milk was out, so we asked the server to get us some more, and he said that its almost time. I told him that there still time to which he responded - "by the time we bring it, it will be 11". The spread also does not have much to offer. Any other service that you need is chargeable. The only time they move is when they can charge for it. We were so furious that we had asked for the manager, who did show up to address our concerns. He assured that things will get better and to make it up, he would refund 1 nights fare for both the rooms we booked. I have a letter that states that as well, however no Refund yet. FRAUD.

Best resort in Goa.
Booked BLOOMSUITES thru HOTELS.COM. firstly we we're not knowing more about this property so we're some what hesitating to book but finally book four rooms we stayed from 2 Dec to 5 dec. When we reached the property it was just amazing. Since the hotel was booked for marriage event of Commedian Bharti sing the hotel was full with many TELEVISION ACTORS including Rakhi sawant Raju shrivastav. We we're given two Upgraded SUITES. HOTEL location is in main area and easily accessible. Front office staff was very polite and supportive check-in was very smooth. Rooms very spacious neat and clean very well maintained. Housekeeping too good to be noted.overall all the staff was well trained and guest friendly always ready to help. Bathroom are clean, toiletries provided was very good. Towels we're changed daily. This one of the best property seen by us in recent times. Best for couples families. Five stars for overall all categories.

Positivt överraskade. Ett mysigt men ändå fräscht, lugnt, trivsamt hotell mitt i Goa. Nära till stranden och ett trevligt poolområde. Supervänlig och hjälpsam service både i receptionen och i restaurangen. Toppenbra frukost.
