"Wonderful staff, delicious food and stunning views "

"We was booked in for 14 nights however only stayed for 2 .The location was good, the room and pool was clean and tidy. Food at restaurant and good. The major problem we had was than the reception would only take cash. We had to get a taxi to take us to several atms to obtain enough cash for two nights. As we would of had the do this for the next fortnight we decided to find a different hotel. We wasted the first 3 days of our holiday because of this. There was not indication that the hotel only...

"Absolutely awful! I arrived with the photo, it did not match what was in front of me. The facilities and the room did not meet my expectations. When I asked the staff to give me refund they said no. False advertising or what! The welcome drink tasted like gone off oil and slightly like faeces. I was sick in their bushes outside and when I asked for a bottle of water they gave me a glass....which was the same one as the 'juice'. Horrendous and Expedia let me down as no one was answering...

"Their location and grounds are excellent. You have access to heir private beach and you have ocean view from their dining facilities. Their food is quite good and reasonably priced. The bed and bathroom facilities need imrovement"
