They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . "Staff at the Hotel Bologna were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very nice. Room was fine, cleaned every day, some building work going on outside but not that noticeable with the window shut and we were out most of the day "

"lovely spot especially for a layover from the airport or train station in Pisa. Good staff. room was a bit hot when we first showed up (not an actual complaint) but easily fixed by opening the window for a few mins. everything clean "
