"Very strange and mixed experience. Arrived around 17h to check-in, and there was nobody working in reception. After waiting about 10 minutes and texting the number posted on the wall a lady showed up who didn't seem to speak english or much italian and just handed me a key. I was wondering what would happen at check-out the next morning since I left early, but had opposite experience. A very kind gentleman insisted on offering breakfast (even though it wasn't posted until later) and was warm and...

I'm Moment als wir dort waren, waren die Zimmer noch nicht komplett ausgestattet, zB im Bad ging eine Lampe noch nicht, die Kaffemaschine im Frühstücksraum war noch nicht richtig konfiguriert oder am Empfang fehlte sogar der Gepäckwagen. Das Empfangs- und Bedienungspersonal waren makellos. Einzig das Reinigungspersonal hat Verbesserungspotential."
