"Clean"

"Our hotel room was amazing... The front desk staff was very helpful. The shuttle service on the way to the airport was not good. The Van was extremely dirty with dead bugs all over the front seat and on the inside of the front wind shield. But the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel at the end of our trip was in a shuttle Bus and was Excellent. The only other complaint was that the water park was still down for maintenance while we stayed there which was a disappointment. "

"There wasn't a shuttle when we were there, but if you took a certain taxi company from the airport to the hotel, they'd give the driver a voucher to cover it. I liked that; it was faster and more comfortable than a shutte bus. Staff were friendly. The next hotel over has a restaurant so we just went there for supper. Would stay here again"

"my husband had left his expensice sunglasses in the room and we had called about an hour and a half after checking out to see if they could hold them for us until i was able to pick them up a couple days later and the housekeeping said they didnt find anything in the room. They were there so I know housekeeping had kept the sunglasses"
