"It was clean, quiet, safe. Older property that hasn’t been updated recently, but it was clean. Signage would be helpful, like how you can access the hotel with key card at each floor from the parking lot, where the ice machines are located, and the lack of plugs in the room to charge phones near the bed was annoying "

"Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff that was willing to almost immediately accommodate me when I asked to move rooms when the people staying in the room beside me made me feel unsafe. Food from the loft was good, fantastic crab dip. Very easy access to many different downtown dining options as well! I don't drive, but from what I could see, there was also very easy access to parking which is a bonus for drivers staying at the Matrix. Overall had a very good stay, and I'm looking forward to going back in the future."

"Stayed in the tower. Smelt like smoke at first but I’m not sure if it was because they allow smoking on the balcony? But stay overall was good. "

"The lobby was beautiful with balls of fairy lights from the ceiling and comfortable seating areas. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. However, it would have been better if more than 2 sets of condiments , tea/ coffee were provided in the room as we had more than 2 people staying in the room."
