Nothing works I was without water my first night no shower no using the toilet I was exhausted after long day flying just wanted to take a shower and rest No way to take a shower The lock to the door doesn’t work even the woman that works there spent 10 minutes trying to lock my door Also the security door that leads to all the rooms doesn’t lock either Very unsafe and uncomfortable . Anyone can just access your room without a key So many other problems to long to list here And no manager on site!! Spend a little more and go to a better hotel

El hotel es agradable y bien ubicado. En la primera habitación había muchísimo ruido y era una habitación sin vista , por lo tanto al ser interior se sentía el ruido de otras habitaciones . La siguiente a donde me cambiaron estuvo mucho mejor , tenía balcón y cafetera.

The entry doors are not properly done and the lock was not functional. The room was not sound proof especially the entry door. Overall the room was very comfortable

New building and very clean but… This could’ve easily been a 10/10 review but my requests at check in for a quiet room didn’t happen. Room was street facing the construction in front of hotel and the elevator. I was told it’d be “tranqui”. When I brought it up in the morning I left they said “we had interior facing quieter rooms.” Expedia platinum wasn’t honored even though there was availability (they wanted extra payment). Hard to lock entrance sliding door.

I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)

Nice place,nice atmosphere, nice restaurant all around. Good service, good peoples. My only complaint is the a/c in the room.Itvwould noy cool the room properly. It ran all night and I sweat all night.Its just ro small for the room.82 outside 72 in the room.

Room door didn’t lock, bathroom light didn’t work, staff was very slow to respond to requests on fixing bathroom light. The room was not thoroughly swept, as there was hair on the ground. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and no blanket. Breakfast was mediocre. We ended up leaving early and going to a different better despite not receiving a refund. Would not recommend!

Terrible experience
Arrived at hotel got checked in and once trying to enter room. It appears at least a male and female was in our room. The front desk staff said someone was now in our reserved room and hotel was full. Told us we had to find another hotel. They gave no support seeing that this was their fault After a few back and forth the hotel staff said one was available due to no show. it was very strange especially that they checked us in and gave us room keys for our room that was occupied. It felt as though some un registered guest were given our room…next morning was told they would reimburse the room. It's been over a month and no such reimbursement

Mi experiencia no fue del todo agradable, considero que el precio que se paga por la estadía no se ve reflejado en el servicio recibido. El servicio de internet es bastante deficiente, no tienen TV por cable a pesar de que ofrecen el servicio, la atención de algunos de los empleados muy deficiente e incluso fuera de lugar… el aseo de la habitación muy superficial.. las reglas de acomodación y tarifas no se cumplen. En conclusión, le daría un 5 de 10. Tengo que resaltar que la infra estructura es moderna y los asociados de negocio en el 1 piso muy acertados..( pizzería y cervecería artesanal excelente servicio) la mayoría de empleados muy respetuosos y amables. Considero que deben pulir y ajustar algunos aspectos para darle a los huéspedes el excelente servicio que nos merecemos.

No me dieron la habitación que se ofrecía al momento de reservar. No dan clave de wifi, explicaciones del uso de la caja de seguridad, no hay telefono en la habitación, así que tienes que bajar a recepción para hacer las preguntas. No hacen la limpieza de la habitación porque no tienen llave para entrar, así que si no les doy mi llave, no la hacen.

Excelente ubicación
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal es amable, es limpio sin embargo, tienen un problema de ruido en las habitaciones, se escucha todo lo que hacen en la calle, algún vecino tiene problemas con una alarma y el ruido despierta varias veces en la noche. NO lo recomiendo para una estadía de negocios o trabajo. Adicional, el desayuno es muy malo, sirven muy poco y cualquier adicional te lo cobran por aparte de manera excesiva.

Excelente hotel en Cali.
El hotel es impecable. Los colchones y las sabanas de muy alta calidad, la ubicacion del hotel es idonea, el servicio es impecable y la amabilidad del personal lo hace sentir a uno como en casa. Volvere siempre a este hotel cuando venga a Cali. Restauantes de todo tipo de comida a la redonda, vida nocturna, cuartos silenciosos. Me encanto.

¡Mi experiencia en Altio Hotel fue absolutamente excepcional! Desde el momento en que entré, quedé impresionado por la calidez del personal y la elegancia del lugar. El servicio al cliente es impecable. El personal fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta con cercanía a restaurantes y sitios turísticos hizo que mi estancia fuera increíble! En resumen, mi estadía en Altio Hotel fue simplemente perfecta. Recomendaría a ojo cerrado este hotel a cualquier persona que busque una experiencia inolvidable en Cali. ¡Definitivamente regresaré en mi próximo viaje!

Hotel muy bonito, sencillo y tranquilo. Dormi muy bien. Me encanto la cama y doseño de la hab. Lo recomiendo full.
