Not worth the price

First, we got a room with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it and had to call many times and wait in total for almost 1 hour until someone arrive with a new fan. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. Why didn't they just offered us a new room from the beginning instead of making the guest waiting??? The new room is the same type on the upper floor. The bathroom has black moldy sealant on the bottom corners and spider webs on the top corners. Bad odours sometimes smelt in the room, coming out from the bathroom. THIS IS NOT HOW A 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BE! The hairdryer was not working. They replaced it with a new one but just laid it on the table instead of replacing the broken one on the wall. It's supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The nightly price was also higher than the average 5 star hotel price. But our impression is not 5 star

ايجابيات الفندق : اطلاله ممتازه غرف وسيعة خدماته ممتازه متوفر فيه معسلات في مطعم السطح الجلسه فيه ممتازه سلبياته : يقع في منطقة شيبدناس بعيد جدا عن الاماكن الي يحتاجها السائح يعني اذ بتروح سفاري او البقالة السعودية تحتاج ساعة على الاقل رايح وساعة راد هاذا اذا الطريق سالك اما اذا الطريق مزدحم ٤ ساعات ع الاقل ، عيبه بعيد جدا بعد ماتطلع الجبل تنزل على منطقة شيبدناس هذا اكبر عيب فيه ولا باقي الفندق ممتاز جدا للي مايبي يروح ولا يجي

Just not a place to bother going. I found almost everything to be off-key. Poor cleanliness in particular. Staff at check-in desk particularly unhelpful.

Good location normal hotel

The location good. But the hotel's room is not the same as the pictures. Old and damaged. The breakfast also very bad and small. Only fit for local people. In addition, the hotel is a bit far away from every things.

الفندق رائع ويميزه المنظر الرائع وقرب الخدمات منه باعتقادي هذا الفندق وفندق بيسونا علم الافضل في بونشاك ولكن يفرق ساهيد بقربه من الخدمات الخدمات رائعه والطاقم مميز والبلكونه تطل على منظر رائع وتستطيع ان تنزل بالمصعد وتتمشى في تلك المنطقه ولكن مالاحظته وجود حشرات كانت على الشرفه ووجدتها داخل الغرفه بكثره
