Reception a bit messy, billing fault, no one answering call... Overall,staff are nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast good variety, but bad quality, food mainly target local peoples.

とても良かった。ホテル内のレストランは種類が充実しており味も美味しかった。また、遊び場も多く子供たちとパターゴルフを楽しんだりできた。今回は1泊だけだったが、もう少し時間があればさらに色々な探索ができたのだろうと思う。残念な点はプールに関して水が濁っており入ることに抵抗があった。また、とても水が冷たいので水温を上げてくれると入りやすい。

Fantastisch hotel

Heel mooi groot resort. Even echt weg uit jakarta. Mooie zwembaden en mogelijkheid om stukje te wandelen. De kamer was groot en mooi ingericht. Het ontbijt was niet goedkoop, maar er was erg veel keuze en het was lekker. We hebben genoten.

・ホテル内の食事。ホテル内レストラン、Damar で子供たちにパスタを注文。テーブルに届くまでに45分待ちました。さらに、食後。会計を依頼しましたが、レシートを用意する作業に30分。1時間以上、なにもせずに席に座っていたことになります。そのことについて文句を言いましたが、店員は不満げな態度でした。また、苦情のおり、「日本人か、韓国人か」と尋ねられました。なんの意図か分かりかねますが、失礼だと思います。・一度もベランダに出ていない＝窓を開けてないにもかかわらず、部屋に蚊とやもりが2匹いました。子供たちだけの部屋だったため、なにもできず、蚊に何か所もさされ、やもりにおびえた夜を過ごしたとのこと。次の日、そのことについてホテルスタッフに報告しましたが、そのことについてなんの謝罪もありませんでした。・アクティヴィティとして、エアホッケーがおいてあり、以前はそれをとても楽しみましたが、今回はすでに機械が劣化しており、空気穴から空気が出ていても、ゲームの駒が手元に戻ってこない代物でした。・部屋のトレイのフラッシュボタンが劣化しており、水が流れっぱなしになっていることが数回ありました。夜中に何度かボタンを押しなおしました。・ホテルアクティビティの説明がなく、簡単なパンフレットを渡され、それで確認するように言われました。しかし、それでは全然分からず、以前泊まった時の記憶を頼りに、あれこれこちらから聞く必要がありました。・インドネシアリゾートに泊まると、通常あるサービス、例えば、ウェルカムドリンクや、宿泊初日にある果物やちょっとしたスイーツのサービスはありませんでした。・以前、ホテル内レストランの「mad cow」が美味しかったので、それも目当てで宿泊しましたが、貸し切りが入っており、利用できませんでした。リゾートのレストランで貸し切りが入るのは疑問です。 ●総括● 全体的には、従業員が少なく、また、壊れかけている施設を刷新することもないため、経費削減に努めているのであろうという印象でした。ホスピタリティはあまり期待できません。・Meals at the hotel. We ordered pasta for the kids at the hotel restaurant, Damar. It took 45 minutes for it to arrive at the table. After the meal, we asked for the bill, but it took 30 minutes to prepare the receipt. We ended up sitting at the table for over an hour without doing anything. We complained about it, but the waiter was dissatisfied. Also, when we complained, we were asked if we were Japanese or Korean. I don't know what the intention was, but I think it was rude. ・Even though we never went out to the balcony = we didn't open the window, there were mosquitoes and two geckos in the room.

Good choice!

Very comfortable stay and a nice resort hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Facilities excellent with multiple pools. Overall a great hotel with Bali vibes. Only issue is the traffic locally is bad. It’s an hour to get to Bogor despite being only 10km’s away.

It was suppose to be a celebration with my wife, but ended up the villa we are put on had issues with their wifi and phone was dead. We have to wait for about 2 hours to get it all sorted out and we missed our dinner reservation.

Relaxing stay

Poor qualoty of service

It was terrible experience for my family to spend two nights in pullman ciawi. When we checked in, the hotel suggested me for an upgrade of the rooms (with nicer view) for the second night. However, what we had to do during the second whole day was to wait and wait till the rooms are ready, and we found out the changed rooms were not "upgraded" at all. (with same views and even smaller beds) And the hotel told us my luggages were already moved to the new rooms, but I could not find it at all and had to check it again and again. They just had my family go here and there according to their needs of room arrangement. Whenever I tried to reach to service team via phone, they told me just wait, which never be responded in an appropriate manner. They never got back to me so I had to visit the lobby several times to get response. It was an awful experience to ruin all my second-day schedule. They should have managed custumer's complaints better way.

Three bedroom villa

Three bedroom villa was good enough for two family to have fun for holidays. The villa itself is not very spacious, however, the tracking course outside which the hotel manages is excellent for refreshment.

Check in was smooth. Room Are spacious and Foods are delicious Check out wasn't smooth as if i was skipped so many people before i were handled.. i also have a problem with my room deposit. Where it is still charged on my CC. Overall its okay. Good choice for families for getaways

Overall Good Hotel

For our family, hotel service is generally satisfactory. However, there are two drawbacks, and I hope that it will be improved. First of all, room service food was just too salty to eat. should be improved. Second, cleanliness of the hotel room is disappointing. Visible ones are generally clean, but the invisible parts seem to be rarely cleaned. I was skeptical about the cleanliness level of a 5-star hotel. And the marble on the bathroom floor is too slippery. My child slipped on the floor and almost suffered serious injuries.
