From the moment we arrived and stepped inside the hotel, we smelled cigarette and cigar smoke. THe manager told us that 3 years ago they had a mist and you used to spray it but they they NEVER replaced it with anything. The room service never showed up for the entire 4 days . We had to run to get towels. The shower water suddently goes cold....I can go on and on...STAY AWAY FROM THIS 1972 HOTEL.,

I really appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Rosemary who checked me in. It was very late and it was confusing finding my way to reception due to renovations possibly covering signage. Rosemary offered me a complimentary upgrade to 62 floor and a penthouse which I accepted despite the lateness of my check in and the fact that I was solo (so much space for one) and just staying one night. She also gave me a later check out.
