"The hotel was fine. The hallway on the 19th floor had a weird odor, which I believe hotel was aware of because an air purifier was always there. One could hardly sleep most nights due to the guests in the end room next to us. They had booming music that woke us up, with altercations and door slamming throughout the nights during our stay. "

"There's a lot to like about this hotel. I found it to be much more attractive than it is in the photographs. I was assigned a room on the 10th floor and I liked the room from the moment I walked in. Everything worked fine.... The Wi-Fi, the TV, etc. The hot water pressure was good and the flow was constant. The air conditioning worked very well. This was important because the blanket on the bed was very thick and warm so I had to keep the temperature very cold to be able to sleep. There's a Nespresso coffee maker in the room, a very small refrigerator and a safe. The windows appear to be double paned, and they block or muffle most of the sounds from the outside. The hotel guests on my floor were generally quiet. There were plenty of electrical outlets conveniently placed in the room. They serve breakfast on the ground floor from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and the selection of items is very good. There's an exercise room with many pieces of equipment near the pool. They could use a few more pieces of equipment however, such as a chest machine and a bicep tricep machine. The location is excellent as you can walk to any number of restaurants and bars. The metro station is only a 5-minute walk away. For me, the only thing that needs improvement are the elevators. There are three guest elevators but most of the time only two of them were working so that resulted in delays."
