"For the price, the hotel is great. Good location, pretty clean and comfortable. However, on our last night, we had to deal with excessive noise from the upstairs guest. We complained to the front desk; however, the noise went on until 4am. Not a great last night at all. The only compensation offered by the front desk staff was 1 hour extended checkout time. It kind of turned an overall good experience into a negative one."

"Room ready before 4pm check in, great location by pools, clean room, comfy bed, walls a bit thin but had no problems, food and drinks expensive but just went elsewhere to eat. Nice relaxing place"

"My check in was very nice. Person who checked in front desk was very helpful. Thank you. Amenities maintained very poor. First time in my life hotel not provided soap bar 😭. You need to wash your hands with shampoo. At least on their site they need to put: bring soap with you. Curtains very very dirty and torn. Furniture very old. Armchairs very uncomfortable to seat. No coffee table in the balcony. In the spa sheets and towels smell very bad . You can’t enjoy your treatment Capri restaurant was good"

"The hot water handle in the room was not working properly and we were not able to shut off the water at night. Additionally, there was no onsite maintenance staff to assist with the hot water issue. The hotel needs a makeover as it looked and smelled terrible."

"Room was outdated and needed lots of maintenance. The window curtains had smudges and the room smelled old and stuffy. The staff was ok. The outdoor pool did not seem the cleanest and needed some upkeep and renovating. Dining at the in-house restaurant was OK but not great. Stayed there about 8 to 9 years ago and it was much better. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."
