" I cannot begin to say how disappointed I am. Please let me explain. I booked the hotel for the following reasons that are on your list & advertised. * Free wifi / Sauna / Spa / steam room / mini bar / breakfast / ...... but none of these actually exist. I am a business man & have to go to the reception to get any wifi !!! The staff are very friendly but the following problems occured. * the mattress on the bed had the wire springs almost poking through (this they did replace) * the air conditioner was spitting water into the room, this they did fix. * The TV does not work * There is a leak from the roof above the toilet that drips on you if you are sitting * The shower screen door is broken * The air conditioner is either FREEZING cold or off.... there is no temperature control * The gym equipment is very old & in disrepair Overall there are MANY features advertised on the website that do not exist or are sub standard. "

"The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. "
