"If you wish your room to be cleaned you have to ask at reception for this to be carried out on a daily basis.Overall room clean and tidy although tea tray was very sparse. Our stay was comfortable and staff very friendly."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The setting of the hotel itself, and it's history was a experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. My only complaint is that the room we reserved was a bit outdated. The old tv had limited channels, dust bunnies here and there on the floor and the furniture was immensely outdated with scratches."

"The guys who ran the hotel over the weekend were fabulous, Logan and the gentleman who ran Sunday breakfast made us feel so welcome 🤗 The food is amazing particularly the whiskey sauce, we absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely visit again"

"Valet and porter met us as we pulled up and were very helpful. Property is gorgeous and right on Loch Lomond. Room was very nice. The best of our vacation. I had facecloths for the first time in Scotland which sounds silly but I wash my face every night and had to use a towel everywhere else."
