"The staff was there just to be there. I think they hire some very young naive people who just started leaning hospitality. They need serious training. Also this hotel had nothing. No restaurants. All they had was high end clothing stores around them. "

The shower with transparent glass door was actually next to and facing the bed, so if you’re looking for privacy while showering, don’t share the room with anyone else. This was weird to us, but I’m not sure how many rooms have this layout. All was clean and in very good condition. Staff were very helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because several restaurants were near by. The hotel faces the Plaza de Encarnación with the monumental “setas” (giant mushrooms) sculpture. "

"Hotel was modern and seems to be recently renovated, rooms are modern and spacious, all amenities. Front desk and all around the staff was wonderful, they all want to help you and provide great info so you can enjoy the city. The hotel had a bus service for the Feria, which we used, amazing service. The restaurant was great as was the morning breakfast buffet. Love this hotel and will definitely be back when I return to Seville."
