"I was only at this Hotel for one night. I reserved a Premier Queen Room. I got a regular Queen Room. The Split Unit was not working, had to call maintenance, the TV was not working it kept saying "no signal" Do the Housekeeping and Maintenance staff check these things regularly to make sure that they are working?. "

"the room had cobwebs, the shower would leak water everywhere. plus there was only one bathrobe when we put the room was for 2. the phone in the room did not work so i had to go downstairs to talk to someone about the tv not working either. turns out someone cut off the google cast wire from the tv so that’s why our tv wasn’t working at all."

"I recently stayed at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park for four nights, and to be honest, I expected more from a Fairmont property. While the beds were comfortable and allowed for good rest, the overall condition of the room felt outdated and somewhat neglected. The hotel does not reflect the level of quality and attention to detail that one associates with the Fairmont brand. The experience wasn’t terrible, but it definitely fell short of expectations, especially considering the reputation of the brand. With some renovation and better upkeep, this property could significantly improve."
