Location was excellent. Close to many things to see and do in the area and it felt safe. Breakfast was good and staff was fairly friendly. My only complaint was the room window was FILTHY and I paid extra for the river view. We could barely see the river through the window.

Excellent location. There is a bus stop nearby if you are tired of walking on the Magnificent Mile. Staff is very friendly. Room is a little smaller than what I'm used to in most hotels, but that is expected in this area of the city. I would like to specifically note the amazing water pressure of the shower. It's perefect after a long day of sightseeing.

All of the staff that we dealt with were very nice. The hotel lobby is very fancy. Breakfast was delicious. Centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Would stay here again
