"Hotel ok bit far out but near bus stop for direct route into town. Rooms comfortable although when we went it was nearly 80° and no air conditioning in room working as they said it was still winter!!! Lift not working for the 3 days we were there either so not great. Breakfast ok and roomed clean. Staff very friendly "

"Great location, only steps away from Milano Centrale. Hotel is modern, however we were on the ground floor and it was quite loud with the noise from the street, the foyer, and the cleaners. Our room also smelled faintly like sewerage (the other room was okay), and the air con worked intermittently. The shower does not contain water very well and water got all over the bathroom which creates "

"Breakfast was okay. We had 1 room with breakfast and 1 room without for some reason, and the hotel won't let us combine 3 days for 1 room into 1 day for 2 rooms. They also didn't mention the VIP perk until asked, and only provide one glass for each room after delivering the VIP perk (a bottle of wine). Bottled water was listed as complementary but never replaced. Overall you get what you paid for but not much of the hospitality. "

"I had an excellent experience at Hotel Calimala Milano. The location is perfect for exploring the city, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere feels both modern and welcoming. The staff truly made the stay exceptional—they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I would absolutely stay here again."

"The location was good and a close walk to Milano Centrale train station. The lobby area of the hotel was good and newly refurbished but the rooms were much more run down. The room was very hot and it wasn’t even summer when I visited. The air con system is extremely outdated and didn’t do anything and windows only open a small amount so it was quite uncomfortable. The room was also very small, impossible to fit big luggage and two people. The bed was comfortable. "

"Our room was great for our one night stay. We were in a quiet area of the hotel, on the fourth floor. Hotel is located a couple blocks away from Milano Centrale. Sadly, the toilet seat broke during our stay and was unable to be fixed until the next day. Staff was pleasant. "
